For job purposes
Develop sales center accounts and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
The main responsibility
Visit the sales center to monitor activities for internal control
Check out the sales center account recording system, confirm the account head and leave at the sales center at the end of the month, and cash deposits and bank checks.
Prepare audit report of the concerned branch and reduce the audit results
Be sure to register cash, stock of Finnish goods, all kinds of ledgers, fixed assets and other physical registration in the hands of the sales center.
The cost of the branch concerned is justified
Check bill vouchers and ensure proper recordings in cash books and general ledgers
Report to the supervisor after visiting the respective sales center and verify the head of each sales center account at the end of the month
Perform any other work assigned by the management
Responsibility for security
Ensure that team members are protected from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation in order to achieve program goals in implementing protection. Work as a key source of safety support, guidance and expertise to establish a safe work environment.
Practice, promote and approve safety policy issues among team members and ensure implementation of safety standards at every step.
Follow the safety reporting procedure if any reportable incident occurs, encourage others to do the same.

Working knowledge on finance and accounts related activities
Ability to manage sales and distribution networks, to contribute effectively as part of a team
Must have multitasking skills
Must have knowledge of MS Word, MS-Excel
Willing to work in stressful and challenging environments
Must have skills in managing people
Educational requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing and other relevant subjects with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or 2nd class / division or equivalent in all academic examinations.
