কাজের প্রসঙ্গঃ

প্রশিক্ষণার্থী জুনিয়র অফিসার: 3 মাসের প্রবেশন সময়কাল 6 মাস পর্যন্ত বাড়ানো যায়। প্রবেশন মেয়াদে সন্তোষজনক কর্মক্ষমতার উপর নির্ভর করে নিশ্চিতকরণ ঘটবে। নিশ্চিতকরণের পরে নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের ব্যাংকের নিয়মিত কর্মচারী হিসাবে আত্তীকরণ করা হবে।

জুনিয়র অফিসার: ব্যাঙ্কে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা সহ প্রার্থীরা সরাসরি নিয়মিত কর্মচারী হিসাবে যোগদান করবেন

বেতন ও অন্যান্য সুবিধা ব্যাংকের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী হবে।

কাজের দায়িত্ব

প্রার্থীদের অবশ্যই বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো শাখা-উপ শাখা বা বিভাগ/বিভাগের জন্য কাজ করতে ইচ্ছুক হতে হবে।
প্রার্থীদের অবশ্যই ব্যাঙ্কের অভ্যন্তরীণ এবং বাহ্যিক স্টেকহোল্ডারদের সাথে ব্যবসায়িক যোগাযোগে দক্ষ হতে হবে।অভ্যন্তরীণ এবং বাহ্যিক প্রবিধান এবং নীতির সাথে সম্মতি। ব্যাঙ্কের ব্যবসা, কর্মক্ষম ও আর্থিক লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পূরণ করুন।

যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক ডিগ্রি

4 এর মধ্যে ন্যূনতম CGPA 2.5 বা স্নাতকের সমতুল্য।

আবেদনকারীদের অবশ্যই ইউজিসি অনুমোদিত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে স্নাতক হতে হবে।

প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা: চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার ক্ষমতা, সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা, টিম প্লেয়ার

Work context:

Trainee Junior Officer: Probation period of 3 months can be extended up to 6 months. Confirmation will occur depending on satisfactory performance during the probationary period. After confirmation, the selected candidates will be assimilated as regular employees of the bank.

Junior Officer: Candidates with previous experience in the bank will join directly as regular employees

Salary and other benefits will be in accordance with the policy of the bank.

Work responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to work for any branch-sub-branch or division / division in Bangladesh.
