অনলাইনে আবেদনপত্র পূরণ সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলি ও শর্তাবলী:
ক) পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণে ইচ্ছুক ব্যক্তিকে http://bina.teletalk.com.bd অথবা www.bina.gov.bd ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে নির্ধারিত আবেদনপত্র পূরণ করিয়া পরীক্ষার ফি সহ online registration কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করিতে হইবে।
উল্লিখিত ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করিলে ‘বিনা নিয়ােগ ২০২২' এর বিজ্ঞপ্তি, আবেদনপত্র পূরণের বিস্তারিত নির্দেশনাবলি এবং নির্ধারিত Application Form এর লিংক দৃশ্যমান হইবে। Application Form এর লিংক-এ ক্লিক করিলে সংশ্লিষ্ট পদের রেডিও বাটন দৃশ্যমান হইবে। রেডিও বাটন সিলেক্ট করিয়া Next বাটনে ক্লিক করিলে Application Form পাতায় প্রবেশ করা যাইবে।
i) আবেদনপত্র পূরণ ও পরীক্ষা ফি জমা দেওয়ার শুরুর তারিখ ও সময়: ২৩ মার্চ ২০২২ খ্রি. সকাল ১০:০০ ঘটিকা
ii) আবেদনপত্র পূরণপূর্বক জমা দেওয়ার শেষ তারিখ ও সময়: ২২ এপ্রিল ২০২২ খ্রি. বিকাল ৫:০০ ঘটিকা।
উক্ত সময়সীমার মধ্যে User ID প্রাপ্ত প্রার্থীগণ অনলাইনে আবেদনপত্র Submit এর সময় হইতে পরবর্তী ৭২ (বাহাত্তর) ঘন্টার মধ্যে SMS এর মাধ্যমে আবেদন ফি জমা দিতে পারিবেন;
খ) অনলাইন আবেদনপত্রে প্রার্থী তাঁহার স্বাক্ষর (দৈর্ঘ্য ৩০০ x প্রস্থ ৮০ pixel, সর্বোচ্চ ৬০ kb) ও রঙ্গিন ছবি (দৈর্ঘ্য ৩০০ x প্রস্থ ৩০০ pixel, সর্বোচ্চ ১০০ kb) স্ক্যান করিয়া Upload করিবেন;
গ) অনলাইন আবেদনপত্রে পূরণকৃত তথ্যই যেহেতু পরবর্তী সকল কার্যক্রমে ব্যবহৃত হইবে, সেইহেতু অনলাইনে আবেদনপত্র Submit করিবার পূর্বেই পূরণকৃত সকল তথ্যের সঠিকতা সম্পর্কে প্রার্থী নিজে শতভাগ নিশ্চিত হইবেন;
ঘ) অনলাইনে আবেদনপত্র যথাযথভাবে পূরণ করিয়া নির্দেশনামতে প্রার্থীর ছবি ও স্বাক্ষর Upload করিয়া আবেদনপত্র Submit করা সম্পন্ন হইলে কম্পিউটারে ছবিসহ Application preview দেখা যাইবে।
নির্ভুলভাবে আবেদনপত্র Submit করিবার পর প্রার্থীর User ID, ছবি এবং স্বাক্ষরযুক্ত একটি Applicant's copy পাওয়া যাইবে। Applicant's copy টি Download পূর্বক রঙ্গিন প্রিন্ট করিয়া পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত যেকোনাে প্রয়ােজনে সহায়ক হিসাবে সংরক্ষণ করিবেন; প্রাপ্ত User ID নম্বর ব্যবহার করিয়া প্রার্থী যে কোনাে Teletalk pre-paid মােবাইল নম্বরের মাধ্যমে SMS করিয়া আবেদন ফি বাবদ ১-১৩ নং ক্রমিকের পদের জন্য ১১২/- (একশত বারাে) টাকা এবং ১৪ নং ক্রমিকের পদের জন্য ৫৬/- (ছাপ্পান্ন) টাকা অনধিক ৭২ (বাহাত্তর) ঘন্টার মধ্যে জমা দিবেন।
